By downloading, installing, or using the Poke Steal-or-Deal mobile app or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Poke Steal-or-Deal is a utility tool that helps players evaluate box values in the game. The Service includes a free tier with manual calculations and an optional premium tier with additional features such as screenshot scanning.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Premium Monthly ($0.49/month): Provides access to premium features including screenshot scanning and instant results.
Premium Yearly ($6.99/year): Provides access to all premium features at a discounted annual rate.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

Lifetime Purchase

Premium Lifetime ($6.99 one-time): Provides permanent access to all premium features with a single purchase.

Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property

Poke Steal-or-Deal is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Niantic, The Pokemon Company, or Nintendo. All trademarks and copyrights related to the game belong to their respective owners.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Redistribute or resell the Service or any part of it

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of box value calculations, as in-game values may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poke Steal-or-Deal and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms
